Company History

Pike Plastics Recycling, LLC is a newly formed Ohio limited liability Company (“Pike” or “Company”). The Company was formed in December 2019. The Company was utilizing proven, used, but highly dependable equipment, combining such equipment with new equipment to augment production rates of the previous equipment, using proprietary formulas and methodologies to recycle industrial plastic waste and salvage and recycle such plastic wastes to make newly formulated plastic supply materials which will be processed into products for sale to industry and the public.

The Company is utilizing proven machines, proven expertise in operations and sales, and proprietary formulations and methods to create a highly profitable company. The equipment comes from operations previously closed due to lack of consistent electrical grid supply, now moved to a state of the art facility in Southern Ohio, as well as new equipment designed to meet the needs of high production output. Raw materials are prevalent from
industry and numerous manufacturers required to dispose or recycle the material; recycling the material is far less costly than paying tipping fees to landfills. Publicly held companies also receive “green” credit for recycling, which is valuable to institutional investors. This process is good for the environment, good for the manufacturers and good for Pike as a new start up venture. The Company operates in the
manufacturing sector.
